‘Ready to Dispatch’ items are available for dispatch within 3 working days. ‘Made to Order’ items will be dispatched within 2 - 4 weeks, depending on materials and complexity of design. If you require your items more quickly than this please email lindsaymcdonagh@gmail.com directly and I will do our best to help!
PACKAGING
Each piece of jewellery is individually wrapped and packaged in a Lindsay McDonagh branded jewellery box. Your package will be posted in an unbranded postage box.
SHIPPING
Please note – All shipping times stated are from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Within the UK Shipping is charge at a flat rate of £2.99 within the UK. Orders will be dispatched by Evri and should arrive within 2-4 working days. Orders totalling £200 and over will be sent using Special Delivery Guaranteed. All orders will be sent in a box that will fit through a standard letter box.
Overseas Unfortunately, I’m not currently shipping items outside the UK. This may be subject to change in the future and I will be updated my website shop and delivery options accordingly.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
The delivery charge does not include any additional import taxes which may be payable on receipt of your item.
PRICES
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order.
All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling £GBP. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. We reserve the right to review our prices at any time.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Should you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of purchase by emailing lindsaymcdonagh@gmail.com with your name and the order number quoted in your confirmation email. Please note that Made to Order pieces and earrings (due to hygienic reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
After you have sent your notification, you will then have a further 14 days to return your item, unworn and in its original packaging. Please note that, unless items are broken or damaged, you must cover the postage cost of returning unwanted goods. We are unable to accept responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in returns transit. We recommend using proof of delivery, as Lindsay McDonagh will not be held responsible for the item until it is received and signed for.
Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Original delivery charges will not be refunded. If an item is faulty, please contact lindsaymcdonagh@gmail.com immediately and you will be sent a replacement or issued a full refund.
